I recently hired Doug from MDL to install a system for my house and my experience was very positive. When he did his initial investigation, Doug checked everywhere to make sure recommend the right system for me. On installation day, he took such a pride in his work and went through all details so everything was done perfectly. As a result, the radon level in my basement went from 4 to 1 afterwards. I would highly recommend Doug from MDL. He is so pleasant to work with!

Doug did an amazing job!! His work is very neat and his approach to the job was very competent and professional. It was a time consuming install due to the width of the poured concrete and brick wall and reinforced cellar concrete slab. His tools powered through. Everything is impeccable. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend him. 5 stars!!

Doug is really a gem. I recommend him highly for Radon mitigation. Everyone (4 of us) in our family remarked how true, kind, and genuine Doug is. His work is absolutely exceptional, too. My wife remarked that she wished he did other things around the home, because we really enjoyed working with him so much. Doug is truly an exceptionally great find. Our radon numbers went from 20-30 to 1 within a week. He also follows up on his work, which was particularly thoughtful.

Doug is one of the best contractors I've ever hired. He was timely, thorough, and takes an immense pride in his craft/doing it right. We saw results immediately with a drop to .05 pCi/L from 6. He even encouraged us to stay in touch about the progress of the fan installation and readings. This is the contractor you need for your Radon Mitigation. A complete professional! I'm not sure about the lower rating for quality because the system went in flawlessly and worked perfectly.. There were no issues I was aware of nor was I ever contacted by the customer after the installation. Had I known of any issues, I would have addressed them .
