After our kitchen and dining room hardwood floors buckled due to a leak under our dishwasher, part of our floor had to be removed. Matt at Calhoun flooring meticulously repaired our floors by reinstalling the buckled boards and refinishing the rest to match. He was always on time and was one of the hardest workers we’ve had. Matt is very knowledgeable and his work is top notch. His work is superb. I can’t take photos of the kitchen and dining room yet, since they’re covered in contractor’s paper (our kitchen cabinets and counters have yet to be repaired/replaced), but the photos are of the hall and bathroom that he sanded and refinished to match. We’re delighted with his workmanship!

We hired Calhoun Flooring to replace the flooring on our entire first floor.Their quote was extremely competitive and we never felt like we were compromising quality for price, the quality and caring of Matt's work was outstanding. Throughout the entire project they always communicated status and left the job site cleaned up at the end of each day. Super easy to work with, have nothing but great things to say about our experience with them. Highly recommend them.

Matt did great work at a reasonable cost. He is very friendly and easy to work with, yet also a hard worker focused on getting the job done. He installed around 600 sf laminate flooring and transition pieces, as well as door casing and baseboard trim for a complete remodel. Cleaned up very well at the end too. Would definitely recommend Calhoun Flooring to others looking for a flooring contractor that is friendly, fair, and reliable.

MATT CALHOUN is simply outstanding! We had to dismiss 2 contractors who continually failed to keep promises and Matt immediately filled the bill and kept his word on start dates and appointments. His work was very detailed and he did not rush the job. The floor looked like ti was factory installed by the time he was finished, which took 3 days. He put in a full day and was both polite and honest. He is a small business who I would hire again without hesitation! Tim Bend, Oregon July 2021
