Our neighbor referred Andrew Franco to us. Andrew was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about what was needed. He was polite and friendly and respectful of our time. He guided us through the process of dealing with the insurance company. The roofing crew did an outstanding job. They were efficient and worked long hours to make sure the job was completed on time. They also did an excellent job cleaning up, including any nails. Everyone from Majestic Roofing was very professional, we would definitely use them again and would recommend the company to anyone.

These guys are excellent. My roof looks great. Andrew Franco was very friendly and professional. He stayed in touch with me during the entire process, explained everything Majestic would be doing and came to the house when the insurance adjuster stopped by. The working crew did an outstanding job. They were very efficient, worked from dawn to dusk to complete the work in one day and focused on leaving the yard clean and free of any debris including the nails. I would definitely use them again and would recommend Majestic Roofing to anyone.

First and foremost, I cannot express the professionalism of this company. They did a very thorough investigation of our roof and discovered storm damage including hail damage. A report was submitted to our insurance company (Allstate) and of course they only approved the bare minimum. Mr. Andrew Franco reinspected the roof he went above and beyond throughout the entire process! He kept open honest communication no matter what it concerned and he made sure to explain every step of the process. He kept a positive attitude & finally we were approved. I give not only the company 5 stars but I give 5 stars to Andrew & the entire roofing crew! They are able to do what the do because they are very well organized & very professional. Eric was wonderful to work with and very communicative. The installation was completed in one day and the cleanup was perfect. Highly recommend!
