Eric and his team did an incredible job on our new roof replacement. He communicated with us throughout the entire process and provided quality and detailed work. We are extremely happy with the service provided and would recommend him and his team to everyone.

From the very first phone call, Eric was very professional, responsive and caring. He walked us through every detail of the process and made sure to answer any questions we had. Eric's honesty and integrity throughout made my husband and I very comfortable with choosing Majestic Roofing. Eric was very knowledgeable and competent in his field. On installation day, the roofers arrived early and on time. They did an amazing job installing the roof in just one day and cleaned up everything afterwards. The crew was very respectful and efficient. We are grateful for their hardwork and happy with a job well done.

What can I say but "Wow.". I've always been a little skeptical of the roofing companies that go come around the neighborhood, so I almost turned them away, but I'm so glad I didn't. Juan made the process extremely easy, from the initial assessment, the claims process, and then the whole installation. The Majestic team made the time a priority to be there when the adjuster arrived to make sure everyone was in sync. When the claims money arrived from my insurance company, I was able to pay the initial portion to Majestic and they jumped right on scheduling the delivery and installation within 2 days. They arrived on the day of the install VERY early in the morning (sometime around 5am) and worked the entire day until almost 9pm that night. They then arrived the second day and worked about the same hours, completing the job on that second day. Both of the days the thermometer temp was ~90 degrees, which I'm sure was low compared to the "on the roof temp". My roof has a lot of cuts and dips in it, so I know it wasn't the easiest roof to do, but the roof looks amazing. Everything was cleaned up and left in top shape. My wife even jokingly said "I wish the kids would clean up our patio as well as Majestic did." :) For anyone that is looking for a new roof or roof repair, I can't recommend this team enough. Thank you Juan, Eric and the entire "army" of workers that did this work! It looks great!

Customer service is tremendous! Juan and Eric were extremely courteous and positive. They answered every question and explained the process. The crew did a great job removing the old roof and replaced bad sheeting and installed high quality shingles. They take pride in keeping their promises and made sure that I was very satisfied. This is how all businesses should operate. Do not hesitate and hire Majestic Roofing to get the best results.

OUTSTANDING! The quality of work, speed, attention to numerous details, safety, and customer service was simply outstanding. It simply could not have been better from start to finish. As most would be, I was skeptical at first about potentially hiring the wrong company with such an important and expensive project. However, I was soon convinced that Majestic Roofing would provide the best service that I could find anywhere. They quickly proved that to be correct. They answered all of my many questions up front and were extremely customer-oriented throughout the process. In fact, I felt like they were looking out for me the whole time. Eric, Danis, and the whole team were very professional, courteous, and personable. These are really great folks! They all worked so diligently on a job that I would not care to do and in the extreme heat without any complaints. They always gave attention to our requests and were extremely meticulous with the work including the cleanup. Give credit when due. I almost never write reviews for anything. However, in this case I am very pleased to do so. I am truly a very happy customer who feels that Iâ m helping others, not just Majestic Roofing, with this glowing review.
