Lux Foundation Solutions Of Florida LLC

We had water entering our home in our main bedroom and closet when it rained. Lux came in and had to dig another French drain and seal the outside of our home and create another place for the water to drain away from our home. They did a great job, but our situation was so bad, they had to come back out and add more to seal the home and also removed dirt and replaced it with sand to help drain the water from around the home. All the work they did when they came back was included in the warranty they gave us with the original quote. They also came back quickly after our call and have done an excellent job.

Before they started, someone came out and looked over everything and assured us the job would be done right and everything they removed would be put back like it was before. Once they did their work, they left the condensate lines open and draining on the ground which is not the way they found it. We were under the impression that they were completing the job. Once we realized what they had left undone, they let us know they didn't know how to put things back like they found it. We have already spend $9K with them and now they're telling us to spend more money to have an A/C guy come out and fix what they left undone. We would not recommend using this company.

Outstanding work, great professionals

Dex came out and did a thorough inspection of the house, showed me the options and quoted me a good price. Mike and his assistant showed up on the scheduled day bright and early and knocked out 7 piers in just over 3 days. The main wall they were working on had all the utilities and the guys didn't disturb a thing. When they were done, they cleaned up everything and left the yard in amazingly good shape considering all the big holes they had to dig. Lux was not only very competent and professional, but they were genuinely very nice people. I highly recommend Lux for all your foundation needs.
