Luis came to our home to look at the project. As he walk around the area, he was informing us how the job was going to be done and the outlook of the final product. We received his estimate, in writing, unlike some other companies, where they gave us a verbal estimate and no outlined cost of the various labor and supplies required. Our project to remove an above ground pool, wooden retaining wall, and restoring the land as it was before the pool was installed. Great job and always on time.

Project Details: I had a couple flagstones that had come loose from my concrete walkway and wanted to get them replaced before this winter's snow started. Review: Luis contacted me same-day that the request went out. He came by my property to review the project later that day. After providing a verbal estimate he told me that he could get it taken care of the following morning. He arrived the next morning on-time and completed the work within 3hrs and included filling some cracks with concrete for no additional charge. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board was that he tried to upsell me on ripping out and replacing the whole walkway for a while before I explained I just wanted to repair. I will likely hire him again for future concrete work and actually have asked him to quote me on a retaining wall replacement.

Luis is very professional . He prepared a proposal that detailed all the steps needed to repair my front and rear steps,fix my brick walkway, and resurface my gravel driveway. After reviewing this list I hired Luis and and am completely satisfied with the results. All the work done was excellent and was done as in the proposal. Luis himself is a personable and likeable person and a pleasure to communicate with during the project. He has many repair skills and look forward to future jobs with him.
