We had our deck replaced, and stained. We left the cedar floor unstained for a year, and asked Joel to stain it the following year. The stain peeled within 10 months. We decided to get a different contractor to fix this issue...as we lost confidence that Lugatich Properties would fix it to our satisfaction.

Joel gave us a fair estimate. Joel and his two-man worked around the gas line into the house which caused them to manually dig a footing. The crew worked well and hard to get our project done quickly. We received many compliments on our new entrance.

Joel and his team were wonderful. They did a deck “Reno” for us by replacing some boards, fixing our steps, adding lattice around the bottom, sanding and restraining.
