We were very happy with Jake’s work. He was here when he was supposed to be here ( even working when the weather was not the greatest). The deck came out beautiful. It was beyond our expectations. Dealing with Jake was a pleasure. He was knowledgeable and respectful. He is a true professional.

I first connected with Jake in January. My trek decks were in need of repair, posts needed to be replaced, and support railings needed to be reset. We wanted to add lattice around the decks and secure our PVC trellis and fix the gate entrance. With spring upon us, I scheduled the work with Jake. He was on point with everything he quoted and completed the work exactly in the time he committed to. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. Looking forward to working Jake on other projects. Great Job ! Although it wasn’t the cheapest option, his fair pricing and prompt response to my initial request for a quote made me feel comfortable. Jake professionally assembled four small sheds as scheduled. Jake arrived on time with a great personality. He immediately was willing to assist us with our project. When he found out I am a Veteran and Disabled First Responder, he went above and beyond to assist with finding the best products to keep the cost down. He is an amazing Contractor. Very knowledgeable with all different categories of Carpentry. He is very meticulous with his skills. Explained everything before and while he was installing the banister, post and iron balusters. He cleaned all degree. I highly recommend Jake from Lovisi and Sons. You cannot go wrong.
