Even though it was an **accident**, a large piece of the tree crashed through our fence, Lopez paid for the replacement of two fence sections and three posts but we had to do the labor. Then they never finished the job. After a week of calls and texts, the project manager came out and we were told it would be more money to finish the job. After telling him that we already paid he said it was a miscommunication. Now we are left with a 25ft bare tree trunk in our yard and I have to hire someone else to finish the job. Very poor customer service. I will never recommend them. Lopez tree service and Landscaping out of Lynn Ma.
