We had a roof put on our home that failed install. We learned from another licensed and experienced contractor that the materials used are the cheapest that you can find on the market. Rush job. Poorly done. This roof leaked upon install and has created interior damages. The company did not stand behind their warranty, and were unable to cure or repair after several attempts which has created a lawsuit since we had to hire a different contractor to do the repairs. Looks peeps, you can get a much better roof for far less than $30K out there. I would keep this company far away from your home needs and checkbook.

Long Home put a roof on my house Oct. ?24. They made the roof too wide for my gutters then argued it was correct. They then came to fix it and cut it into my drip edge. They then came a third time to fix it and the crew had zero clue why they were even there. They also nailed down my free floating gutter guard. My roof leaked that winter. They tried to fix it and failed. I asked for a new roof or refund because of buying the rooftop sell my house and it affecting my disclosure. Their rude region manager Mr. Herr said, ?That ain?t going to happen?. They tried to fix it again and it is currently failing worse than ever. They now refuse to fix it. I have filed a lawsuit against this horrible company and I am hoping my roof makes it till I can have it fixed/redone. This is a horrible company with a fake shingle warranty. Please do not use them.

Rob from Long Home Products was our roofing consultant.He arrived promptly, was professional and courteous.He spent several hours with us as he was very knowledgeable about their product, the company and the roofing process.He checked the entire roof, not just the problem area and found more damage than we thought.His expertise helped us lock in a price agreeable to both.Now we are awaiting our new roof to be put on and expect much satisfaction.
