Steve Vaughan and Diana Smith were accessible, reliable and took their time to explain the costs, what work needed to be done, how to prepare for the work that was going to be done and did what they said they were going to do in the time frame that was given. There was a mishap by my furniture movers and Steve and Diana came to the rescue the very next day. I got estimates from other companies with up to double their price. They made it affordable for my family, did a beautiful job and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their floors refinished.

Steve and Diana are very professional and friendly. They are very organized and experienced in log work, flooring, and they give great detail and education of their work. My hard wood floors were prefinished and worn out from high traffic but after Steve and Diana sanded, stained and varnished the floors, they looked brand new. I would definitely recommend their services to everyone in need of wood work.

Steve and Diana refinished wood flooring in two rooms and a hallway. The results were just what we expected, fine looking flooring. They are professional and proud of their work. They were able to fit us into their schedule while we were vacationing. I would not hesitate to refer them to others.

Gave us time table prior to the job. After carpet removal, we had the old yellow/orange stained 60 year old wood with staple holes all over. With Steve's work, now have fantastic looking oak floors. Would hire him again in a second. Great work.
