Not asking them to do what is impossible but I should have been informed before the started the job. One real dark spot where there was water damage.

Steve and Diane are great at what they do. I have pine floors in my bedroom and there was no sealant nor any shine on the floor. It was very worn out looking for wood floors. Steve and Diane sanded the floor, stained it, and then sealed it. My floor looks amazing now. They did a GREAT JOB!

Steve and Diana are true artisans. My floors were a mess and also needed some repairs because of holes. The finished product was beyond my expectations and I'm so glad I found them. I highly recommend their service. They take pride in what they do and are exceptionally skilled.

I am so impressed with their work! We had some hideous pre finished floors in the house we bought. Once they started the job, the floor weren't sanding like they expected. They had to do a lot more work to get the floors back in decent shape and applied a clear coat and varnish. Yheu honored the quoted price and worked so hard to do it right, even though it added a couple days to the job. I love how the floors turned out! I wouldn't trust anyone else to refinish hardwood floors. These guys are pros.

Steve and Diana were a pleasure to work with. They are punctual and professional. The workmanship was above and beyond my expectations. The first contractor I hired didn't show up on the agreed upon day or the next day and didn't return my calls so I decided to go with Log Work and Design. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly, followed through and finished on time.

I hired Steven to refinish my hardwood flooring and they damaged my floor, there is a halo on my hardwood floor, they tried to fix it, and I still have a problem. There are also a couple of footprints in the finish, debris under the finish, missing stain and poly in areas, they did come out to try and fix the floor, the stain does not match, and I still have a problem. Steve told me this is the best that he can do and I was told he will not re sand the floor, was told to put a computer over it and I can speak to his attorney.

We had a great experience and the floors turned out beautifully. The team was prompt and always neat. Trust is a valued thing when having workers into ones' home. Thank you!
