Jake was extremely helpful and had our issue diagnosed in no time. He the proceeded to contact the manufacturer and was able to convince them to replace the unit as defective. He came back out and replaced it in less than an hour. Fantastic job highly recommend!!

This gentleman is a straight shooter, something you rarely find in todayâ s world. We discussed what I wanted, he gave me the options, and a fair price for the installation. No smoke and mirrors or low bid only to follow up with â surpriseâ extra fees like so many other companies try. Bottom line, Iâ d trust this gentleman to do work for my grandmother and wouldnâ t worry a moment that it will be done correctly the first time, every time.

Having dealt with other plumbing companies, I found Jake’s service well above those I’ve previously dealt. He installed a Rinnai tankless water heater without any ‘uh-ohs’. He’s not Jake from State Farm, he’s even better.

Jake was very professional & knowledgeable. Did a great job replacing my gas water heater. He tried to fix my old one (it was to far gone) so the next day he installed my new one. Will be recommending him to all my friends
