I had a fantastic experience working with Lito Construction. They were extremely professional and completed the job as per specification in a timely manner. Their work quality was good, and the building inspector was very pleased. Above all the owners are nice people willing to do their job most sincerely, without cutting corners or pulling a fast-one on you.

Lito Construction did an excellent job in constructing the foundation for my new garage. They were careful and accurate in determining the exact location and measurements for the forms, executed the work in an expeditious manner, and produced a quality product. I strongly recommend them. LIto was excellent. They came in with the best price( By far) and looked over my project and gave me ideas for the successful completion of my 50X90 floor. We were very satisfied and the crew stayed on until after 11 PM to finish. I was surprised when the next day a clean up crew came to check on the project and finish what little clean up needed to be done. I will be using Lito Construction for my next concrete project and would highly recommend them.

24'x24' foundation with footing for a small 2 story barn... These guys were great... Darius and his hard working crew were very precise with their measurements and location of foundation. They started work right away digging the foundation with shovels and not machinery (this caused less damage to my yard. A good thing). These guys worked really hard and were very poltie too. They had the hole dug out, framed and rebarred in a day. Inspector came next day to check for building code, everything was good. Darius and crew were there in an hour ready to pour concrete. These guys were neat, fast and $1800 less than the competition. Excellent!

These guys are great! Darius and crew did an awesome job! Hired Lito to do my Porch foundation. Came out and thoroughly explained every detail of the job for proposal. Pricing was very competitive and beat most contractors. Performed the work in a timely manner and kept me informed every step of the way. Took care in limiting damage to surrounding job site. These guys really believe in attention to detail. Included items that was not in contract and worked hard to get inspections completed. Finished result looks amazing. High quality, professional job. They go above and beyond. Hire these guys, you will not regret it!
