Honestly, I really hate leaving any bad reviews. I just feel very disappointed in this company. I feel as if we have been super patient and understanding even when we were forgotten about, ignored, and left in a constant state of wondering when they would actually come (and this is not me being dramatic. We were actually told that they are busy with bigger jobs with more important deadlines.) When they did, the job seemed beautifully done. We have the yard graded for drainage issues and a drain put in. We had sod and irrigation done and they contracted someone to put in a fence. All of this was thousands and thousands of dollars. The most I have ever spent on anything, honestly. I never knew when they were coming. They would not show up when they said they would, which I get, things happen. But I never received a call or a text telling me this. My husband missed work for a few days for no one to come. There always was an excuse and I did not want to make anyone angry since my yard was half done. I said nothing. The fence was installed a month after they were done. They said they would come back after to fill the holes from the old fence and to fix the gate where there is a LARGE gap for my dogs to get through. Skip to a year later: I still have a hole, I still have a gap that I have nonattractive temporary stuff blocking. On top of this, all of my sod is dead. I have water everywhere I had an issue with before. Every single thing I paid for them to fix, is not. Minus the sprinkler system. We contacted Wayne because they cannot fix what they do not know. We gave him the opportunity to make right and hold his word. Which was *we may be a little more money when you hire us, but you will not ever have to worry about anything when we are done.* Wayne came out, looked at everything. Said he would call the sod guy since it is guaranteed but we would not get it done until spring. Understandable. He said he would fix all of the water damage. It is now a month later and he has said he would come and never has. He has not even given us an answer on the sod guy. I feel so robbed and taken advantage of... I cannot believe a company with any morals could put someone through this. ESPECIALLY, with all of the money we spent. I am sure this review is not necessarily the route I should take when I am still hanging on a thread hoping they will fix this since I have no money to get anyone else. But I do not know what else to do.

Project completion was absolutely superior. Greg provided valuable information about my irrigation system and proceeded to repair it in a professional manner. He checked each zone and adjusted or replaced each sprinkler where required. He gave me suggestions for possible future service requirements that were on point. I was totally satisfied and recommend his services to anyone needing them. Great job!!

Danny was very nice and informative. He explained what the problem was and where he found it. He then checked to make sure all was working as it should.

Very prompt and professional.

They did the work that we hired them to do and then check every zone to make sure it worked and the water was spraying as it should. Was very pleased with the work that was done.
