Jacob with LDS Garage Doors was great! From the initial inspection to actually installing a new opener he explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend LDS Garage Doors.

LDS was very responsive and quick to get to my house. Jacob was courteous and explained everything to be done before starting. He then explained how things worked after he was done. Great service. While not the lowest, their price was competitive especially since they could do it on the same day (Saturday) while others I called would need to come on Monday.

He lied to me about replacing my rollers with larger ones. He said replacing my 3 1/2" rollers with larger ones was better for balancing, that was after he had already installed most of the 10 rollers. He didn't bother to tell me he didn't have my size rollers until he had almost all the longer rollers installed. I did some research later that night about replacing the shorter rollers with larger ones and found out that was not true. Then he used a metal hammer on my roller track, which left dings on my track. The only reason I am not rating him with a 1 star is because he was at least polite. Beware of the ones who seem to be honest. Pull out your phone while they are there and do research right there on the spot. I'll never make that mistake again!
