Leo did a great job on our yard clean-up project at a good price. Excellent communication skills which was helpful as this was all done remotely on a second home where I was not present at all for the whole job. This involves a certain amount of trust that the job was done right and Leo sent good pictures of a job well done and there was no hesitation on my part to send the agreed upon payment. He was also very prompt and got the job done quickly within a short window of opportunity. I will looking to set up regular long term yard service with Leo.
