Leo's Cabinets & Millwork

Being in residential real estate I have worked with many companies but I am extremely pleased with Leo's. They were Very easy to work with, Father, Son and helper all are very professional and respectful. I will use them again, I was so happy with their custom work and quality of product. I do highly recommend Leo's Cabinets & Millwork!!

Leo is super nice. I gave them a 4 and not a 5 because I didn't receive a call the day before we had scheduled the workday and they were unable to honor that date. Next scheduled workday happened as planned. All good otherwise.

They did a great job on a large kitchen, communicated well and were patient as we picked the paint color. I would recommend them for anyone considering refinishing their kitchen cabinets.

I hired this company for multiple projects and as the work was being done, the quality progressively decreased. It took several weeks and several calls to have a granite countertop chip repaired after installation. The painter was more interested in his mobile phone use and dripped paint on my baseboards which he said would be corrected but was not, he painted over electrical switch plates, painted on my doorbell, smoke detector, and thermostat. This was brought to the owners attention but never cleaned up. Instead of moving the brand new refrigerator, he placed the ladder against it to lean over and paint causing scratches to the front door. I had to make all of the arrangements for a door replacement and file a claim under my warranty. I was charged for work that was not completed and work that was completed was not done as initially agreed. Workers arrived as late as 3-4 hours later than stated start time and were rushed and left early some days. A worker left a job partially completed early in the afternoon one day and told me that he had another job. I look at the outstanding reviews this company has received and wonder what went wrong. I can only tell you that a lot did go wrong. I realized afterwards that I was over charged for several items in my projects. I take responsibility for not obtaining additional estimates prior to hiring this company. I became wise too late.

Leo was one of the best I could ever hire.They were excellent and so polite,great at their job and on time.

Pleasant people to work with did whatever needed to be done to satisfy us that the work was done to our liking.

The refinishing team did a great job with our kitchen cabinets and front entrance door. I would definitely recommend them

In the end the quality was ok, but I believe overpriced, and no final walk through was done without constant harassing to have him come look at it. There were several times I had to ask for something to be done, and it made me feel as if I was asking extra, when in fact it was part of the work, and not an inconvenience. All the requests were taken care of, but honestly did not enjoy the experience and felt they only cared about the money and not necessarily the quality and were rushing through it. Also the people that came to do the work, sat on my nice chairs with their work clothes and I am still removing caulk from sink handles when they washed their hands, they did not do a thorough job of cleaning up after themselves.
