How can I possibly thank Dave enough for this project?? A few months back, I contacted Dave for a quote for an unusual project: I wanted to do a major renovation to my father's bedroom in his house while he was gone on a trip as a surprise. This room hadn't been remodeled since 1990 when he bought the house, and though he'd started it a few years ago, my mother became ill and passed away, so the project got put on hold and never picked up again. That's where Dave came in. He was so thoughtful, and his work is SO stunning. He replaced the carpet with hardwood, tore out the old heating, tore out the old closets and built a beautiful walk-in dressing room. He plastered the walls, replaced the last old window in the room and trimmed everything out to match the rest of the house--all covertly while my dad was away. I revealed the surprise last night, and my father was so overwhelmed by the beautiful work that he actually teared up. Thank you so much, Dave!!!

Leone Remodeling did a fantastic job remodeling my pantry this past summer. We had a mudroom entryway that had been closed off and made a makeshift pantry by prior owners. I had several other companies quote me and was so happy I went with Leone. They had fair pricing, completed the work quickly, did a fantastic job with the work, and even charged me less than the original quote because less materials were needed. Dave is a great guy and wonderful to do business with! Iâ m so pleased with the results and would recommend Dave to anyone looking to have work done on their house.

Overall experience was excellent, No issues with Communication and scheduling. If there was an issue with stock/ and unforseens, David addressed immediately and offered suggestions. Never nickled and dime the project. Quality of workmanship outstanding.

With David, it all starts with the fact that he's a really good person. He's completely invested in you and your project - always gracious, responsive and committed to delivering exceptional value. He gutted and remodeled the bathroom and basement of our antique Cape in Milton. With an older home, there are always unforeseen issues. David and his first-rate team of subcontractors (again - good people doing terrific work) seamlessly handled them without blowing up the budget. Remodeling can be so stressful, but David's graciousness, professionalism and positive energy made this project a really easy one for us.

Cant say enough good things about Dave Leone. My wife and I were first time home buyers and hired Dave initially to renovate our kitchen and bathroom only. Our home turned into an almost full gut due to unforeseen issues and Dave was with us every step of the way. Highlights of my experience were communication, price, and product. Daves communication from the first week was great, I received a call at least once a week with updates. The estimate we initially got was spot on and Dave was very reasonable when it came to adding on projects that we were not expecting, and there were A LOT. Finally the overall product came out great and my wife and I couldnt be happier. The sub-contractors that Dave works with are all great guys who were very fair. We also had a pretty tight timeline as we were losing our previous rental, Dave worked long hours and weekends to get the job done. Overall, very happy that I connected with Dave and very happy with the final product.

Dave and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. He is professional, solution oriented, creative and goes the extra step to make sure you get exactly what you want. Dave refreshed our guest bath and is scheduled to do a complete remodel on our Master bath in mid July. Look forward to working with him on this project. His work is amazing!
