Beautiful work and timely. communication on plan and start date could have been tighten up. Clean up could have been better. Overall I was extremely pleased and would definitely recommend them as those few items I mentioned are meaningless on the grand scale. The work was quality,the price fair and they work fast.

During the construction of our new deck they found issues with the previous deck installation which they corrected with hesitation. As for our new deck it is spectacular we have received so many compliments. You can not go wrong with hiring this contractor.

Norm the owner was great! We called for an estimate and he came within two days and we sat there and he listened to all of our wants and needs and helped us build an amazing deck. Norm and he crew were friendly, professional, and got the job done very quickly. I would highly recommend Norm and his crew to anyone who is interested in a beautiful well built deck

Norm and company did a great job removing my old deck and replacing it with a larger deck. In total it took 2 days from start to finish. It looks great and I received many compliments from neighbors. I highly recommend Lehigh Valley Maintenance to anyone needing to have a deck built.

Norm and his team were good to start and had a competitive price. My deck, which is nearly 500sq feet and includes a staircase is constructed well for the most part, but sloppy. I had several issues I asked Norm and/or his son to fix, and getting a response took literally dozens of emails and calls. They did eventually correct some issues almost a year later, but not all. And when I attempted to contact them again and finishing the incomplete areas, I continually got ignored. I ended up having to fix the deck myself by jacking up the cross boards that separated two sections of the deck. Norm and his guys didnâ t put cross beams or joists underneath, just another board that is held in by nails, and began sagging so much that there was a lip which we were constantly tripping over. Norm had the best price, and unfortunately I found out why

It IS a true shame 1 the reason I was the cheapest price was the fact that I gave Jake a huge discount for being in the military, we upgraded both his decking and railing after the original proposal was accepted at 1/2 the cost it actually cost us. We also gave him deck lighting at cost. This is all because of his military service 2-either I or one of my guys were back to his deck at least 6 times since completed to address small issues He asked us to look at I also built his 2 neighbor decks from his recommendation We gave Jake a great quality deck for a very fair price and he decides 2 years after the project was completed.

Overall very happy with the deck that Norms team built in two days. They were on schedule and finished on time. Even made some last-minute modifications. I have recommended them to many - I have received many compliments on their work. However, customer service after the install is poor. I called and emailed Norm about an issue with the light installation and have received no response.

We have fixed this issue. I'm sorry it was not as fast as you wanted. Thank you The review is actually very good about our deck project. The complaint was for a defective light. We use the best quality lights but there are still issues once in a great while. Lights burn out, or animals get under the deck and chew the wires or we get a bad transformer. These are issues that are out of our control again I apologize for taking longer than expected to fix the issue.

Norm and his team removed and rebuilt my old, rotting deck in 2 days. Work was great and done very quick. Cost was very reasonable as well.
