I just won a beautiful water heater from Legendary Service, and they were amazing. The installation was quick, easy, and clean. The owners came down personally to make sure everything went smoothly. Very nice people and I would definitely go to them for all my plumbing and heating needs!

I worked with both Sean and Joe, on both HVAC and plumbing work we needed done. Both of them were absolutely fantastic. Great craftsmen with attention to detail and patience to explain the ins and outs of the work, suggestions, and options. Originally, we were going to just get some plumbing work done. This went off without a hitch and Joe was fantastic to work with - personable, discussed options, and prices were very competitive. Everything is on a portal that you can see and review quotes, approve work, get appointments, or pay in a very convenient way. Joe also suggested a maintenance plan on the HVAC system, which on balance was a better deal for us to do both. Coincidentally, our AC went out shortly after, and I had to call Sean for an emergency visit. He arrived first thing the next morning and got everything up and running. The great part about it was Sean, like Joe, discussed all our options and had suggestions but left the decision to us without any pressure. When reviewing other concerns around hot/cold spots in the house, he gave a series of suggestions and options, some of which would not have gained them any new business, in the interest of solving the problem, not just selling us more stuff. In all, I wish all companies operated like these guys do. Extremely professional, timely, trustworthy, competitive prices, and reliable. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go with them.
