I truly enjoyed watching the craftsmanship and care they took building both our decks!! Very nice and personable plus really care about their work. Would recommend to anyone! They are not too expensive but their work looks like you spent a lot!

Without hesitation, you should hire Jim now! We had significant issues with a prior general contractor on a large project. It was a terrible experience. Although we were initially hesitant to start the process all over again, we subsequently hired Jim and his crew at Legend Construction to pick up the pieces. Jim learned what happened previously and he advised he would take care of us. True to his word, Jim showed up when he said he would, stayed with his crew all day, worked steadily on the project, maintained a neat and tidy workspace, charged a fair rate, and built us a beautiful large front and rear porch on our house in what we felt was record time (roughly three weeks in total from start to finish). Jim's customer service, work ethic, and attention to detail were all outstanding. He took time to answer all of our questions, was patient with us when we wanted to modify plans on the fly, and his construction methods exceeded our expectations. He built us what we would consider a 'bullet-proof' structure and we wound up with new front and rear porches and a perimeter fence for our yard which ultimately enhanced the utility and attractiveness of our home. We are certain the structures he built will outlast us! When all a customer really wants is for a contractor to do what they say they will...hire Jim and Legend Construction. He will go the extra mile for you and we are certain you will be most pleased with his work... We give him our full endorsement in a world where such individuals are a rare find.

Jim is a joy to work with customer service was excellent and a product to match. There is nothing I would change. Of course prices of materials are tough for anyone. But Jim made it as easy an enjoyable as possible. He will be doing other projects in the future.
