I hired this company after meeting the owner. He is very knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time explaining things. He did the first service of the pool and was 100% 5 stars and amazing. But the following pool services were done by an employee of the company. In my opinion there were many miscommunications as to issues with the pool. For example, I have a variable speed pump timer. This timer was custom programmed after a very long trial and error of learning the pool and what it takes to circulate the water expending the least amount of energy. I am assuming on accident the variable speed pump timer was reset by the pool guy. Unfortunately I did not keep a log of the settings. When it was reprogrammed the pool was not circulating the way it was previously. This never was fixed or adjusted. A few other things happened before I decided to go with someone else.

I've used two other local companies in past for pool service here in Palm City. I require a weekly service. Problems with prior companies showing up on time and doing what they were suppose to. Did my research, reading reviews etc on Legacy Pools & owner Darrin? He came with great references so I hired him in 2018. Darrin does what he says he's going to do. He's an honest business guy which I highly recommended to my neighbors. I do not usually do reviews, but this one is well deserved.
