Lee's Trees

Worker Cameron and Patrick Lee the owner came out and did the work very nicely, one of the trees is 30 feet high. The cleanup was done very nicely as well. On a scale of 1-5, there work would be a 5. They were also very quick to respond to my request for a quote.

The actual quality of their work is good, but they need to focus on details regarding clean-up and respecting the customer's property. While cutting down a neighbor's tree, the crew piled the branches on top of 2 of my bushes which basically ruined them. They could have stacked the branches on the owner's property, but they were due to collect much more money from the neighbor's job vs my job. They also cut a wire to one of my landscape lights and left it to hang there worthless. I had to remove the light from my landscape scheme. Details are important to this customer!

The crew from Lee's worked very hard. It took them the entire day to remove the tree, but they did a great job both removing the tree and cleaning up afterwards.

Great service and price was great, work was completed the same day. We discussed the service that was needed and when he called to say he at my home he seemed to have forgotten what I wanted done.

No problems. They were timely and did job as promised.

He did a great job, very nice people.

ADDENDUM May 7, 2012: The foreman and a different crew of 2, came back out to my property with the proper tools, ladders and so on and so forth and, from 8 AM to 2 PM proceeded to trim, cut and, haul away what the prior crew didn't do pursuant to the contract. I was informed that the former crew no longer is employed by Lees Trees. INITIAL REPORT - March 22, 2012 The company borrowed MY ladder and gas tools it did not bring to my home on either day of the job. The tree trimming & thinning was sloppy, uneven, incomplete & just plain awful. I would have rated ZERO in all categories, but .5 is the lowest denominator.

Lee's Trees were extremely easy to work with - their communication with me throughout the project was much appreciated. The job was completed as scheduled and on budget. I highly recommend them.

They bid a fair price and seemed knowledgable but work was not performed as described. My large tree was allowed to fall onto the sidewalk and road causing damage. It took several months to have this repaired and to be reimbursed for some work that was not completed. I am not happy with the performance but did increase my rating to 1.5 stars because they eventually did refund a portion of the charges

Did not return phone calls, I had to keep calling back. Didn't show up when they said they would. Increased the amount from the original quote. Left the property a mess after removing the trees.
