Mark Ledford is kind and respectful and an excellent professional. He came when he said he would be here, he worked hard and does beautiful work. I hired him to replace my vinyl skirting around my mobile home as it was falling apart. He put exterior plywood up and removed the debris and leftover materials. He left the surroundings clean. He also put a hinged, access door for underneath access. I am very pleased with the progress. He will be painting the plywood to match the mobile home. His workmanship is excellent and I would not hesitate to call on him if needed again for roof or siding.

Mark with Ledford roofing has done two jobs for us. We highly recommend him for any roofing project, and he'll be our first call for any roofing work in the future, too. The first job just was a very challenging roof repair around our chimney. Mark fixed the problematic leak that we likely had coming into the fireplace for years. The 2nd job was repairing loose and missing shingles on both sides of our roof. He somehow sourced matching shingles and made these repairs for a very reasonable price. He came back to check on them later and ensure they were secure on a dry day, too. We've been doing a lot of renovations this past year and among folks we've needed to hire for help and expertise in terms of communication, scheduling and quality. Ledford roofing is top tier.

We contacted Mark about a bathroom project. He responded immediately and within a couple days had met with us and provided a quote. Once hired, he worked with us to develop a suitable work schedule. He was always prompt, prepared, and engaged entirely on the work while on site. The job was completed within our timeline. We were very pleased with the level of communication, professionalism, work quality, and competence that Mark brought to our job.
