Front Door re-stain to correct a previous poor installation. Overall poor quality, changed agreement at the completion of the job seeking more money that wasn't agreed when I accepted his offer. I did pay him full price and the additional money he asked for. However, the quality of work is very poor and will not recommend. Estimated time was 2 days, it took a full week, and I had to help him remove the door and rehang door and install\remove hardware, along with providing tools. He did not clean up at completion and I just wanted him off my property. I will now redo the entire job myself unfortunately and just consider this a lesson learned to do the job myself in the future. Arrived late the first day, then didn't show the next day, arrived late the next day and worked maybe 2 hours total, but he spent at least 2 hours on his mobile when he could have been working.

They were eager/helpful and on top of any issue that came to light.

Hired him to sand/restain two window seats. There was stain on our walls. Hired him to switch electrical toggle switches and face plates to rocker switches. I had to hire an electrician to undo and fix his work since many switches didnâ t work when he was done. Said he would be at my house first day at 8:00 am and he showed up after 10:00, couldnâ t come next day, and then called asking if he could come third day between 7:00-8:00 am and then showed up after 9:00. We paid him full price and asked him to leave before finishing work as he was causing more problems than we had before he was hired.

I need someone to mow my front lawn. Nicholas and company mowed once but failed to return 2 weeks later.

Spent over a week trying to get a handyman to repair a cabinet. Out of frustration I went on Angi's List. Nicholas called within 5 minutes, was at my house with two helpers within a half hour and in about an hour and a half had fixed my problem. Nicholas and his crew did a great job on my bathroom renovation. They are well versed in drywall, plastering, electrical, plumbing. They worked very hard to problem solve a couple of unque situations i had and there were no surprises to the quote at the end of the job. Nicholas communicates well to ensure expectations are met. Great job.
