Buyer beware. I would not re-hire this company. Firstly, though this company states they are working toward becoming licensed with the state of Hawaii and has insurance, at the present day this company is still not licensed by the state of Hawaii, and no proof of insurance was ever provided. And, they did not reveal their labor rate until they presented the invoice. What you're getting with this company: one worker, a relatively high labor rate (of ~$105 per hour), adequate quality, and low quantity/speed. What we homeowners expect is a licensed company, along with a reasonable labor rate based on high quality and high quantity/speed. I ended up curtailing the work because the invoices kept piling up, telling this company to do as much work as they could at a fixed price, and ultimately hired a non-Angi handyman to finish the remaining work. Work on our home as if you are working on your own home, and you will have happy customers who will keep ringing your phone for more work.
