Lavender Carpentry

I will complete this review in a few days in order to do it right. Lets just say it will be a bit longer than a simple thank you. Would I hire Jacob again? In half a heart beat. Stay tuned for a dissertation on Jacob and Kevin.

Jacob was exceptionally responsive and communicative and did fantastic work. We had a short timeline to get the drywall repair done, and he worked within our schedule. Because he is local, he came 3 separate times to mud the wall and sand it until it was right. He was always on time and very dependable. The repair job looks great. I will definitely use him for future work and based on his photos on social media, I will ask him to bid on any remodels we might do in our new home.

Jacob approached our job with professionalism and care. He listened to what we wanted, even though our plans were a bit unusual. We turned unused spaces into unique storage areas, and Jacob helped to turn our ideas into finished products. He was on time daily and took care of everything we needed. He did a great job, and we would recommend him without hesitation.

He's great guy!!! He used me as a reference for someone who wanted work done, and I boasted about how great he is! I asked him for a business card and posted it on a bulletin board for others to use him.

Very responsive! I have hired Lavender three times and plan to do so again. Jacob came out early on a Saturday to handle a roof repair. He is as very inventive in reconfiguring the overhang to prevent continued raccoon incursion. In another job, he replaced boards in a hardwood floor that had suffered damage. Very precise job, quickly done. Lavender also repaired exterior rot in another house and finished with decorative elements that made the place actually beautiful! Highly recommend Lavender. Responsive, skilled, reasonable. Cannot ask for more.

My job included removing wallpaper and preparing the wall for painting. Jacob arrived exactly when he said he would and totally cleaned up after himself. The work was done quickly and professionally. And because he does the work himself, and you don't have to go through a middle man, the price was the most competitive of the three quotes I received. I plan to use him again for other handyman projects.

They re-did a guest bedroom of mine. They did an amazing job. I've already recommended them to people.
