Make sure everything is right before you pay or you will never get them to come back and fix anything. I had problems and had to fix them myself to keep my neighbors happy. I tried for months to get them to just move the curtain drain over to my side of the property line that I was insured everything was measured and where it belongs. It wasn't!

I was luckey to have Larry repair a leak in my outside water pipe...He did great work, came right away ..five stars

The billing was fair and the needs were explained fully on all repairs. I really was afraid to hire online, but it was amazing and same day service. The repair was also completed without a mess or even a footprint. Great job!

They showed up ahead of time and made quick work of the job.

We had a shut off valve replaced and two faucets worked on. 2 days after they left we found the one faucet did not work properly. We called them and told them they needed to come back but it was not a rush job. Three weeks later we had to call them because they had not shown up. The faucet had to be replaced and we paid for it which we expected. But they also charged us for a service call which we should not have been billed for. It was their fault they had to come back because it was not fixed properly the first time.

Nice to have someone show up on time and do good work quickly.
