Do yourself a favor and just call Chris!!! We had a rat infestation in our attic that we were totally oblivious to. We had seen a few droppings in our home but nothing that was of major concern. We live in Baton Rouge - do not hesitate to call Chris - he services all of South Louisiana!! We called Chris due to seeing a lot of droppings after being out of town for a week... Chris called me as soon as I reached out and listened to our concerns. He came out the next day - Chris is honest and fair. He went above and beyond the call - seriously our attic was disturbingly disgusting full of rat feces, urine throughout every crack and crevice and we HAD NO CLUE!! Chris and his guys did a great job - sealed the bottom of our home, removed all existing insulation in our attic (including an absurd amount of styrofoam from previous owners), all existing feces and urine, sanitized the attic & sprayed in all new insulation. We cannot thank you enough Chris and will recommend you to ANYONE!

My experience with Lanier Wildlife Solutions business was beyond phenomenal! Chris is very experienced and professional. He is punctual. He gave me a call that night and provided service the next day. He is knowledgeable and honest! Honestly, I’ve recommended him to several people! I couldn’t thank him enough! I actually contracted to remove pigeons & then cleanup. When they entered attic, they found no pigeons because they reported all wire barriers were still in place. They told me the truth & only charged for cleanup!! Both men were also so polite!!
