This kid is a rip off artist. He pretends to know what he is doing but does not. All of his bids came out twice as much once the work was completed. He is also dishonest; he cut my expensive royal palms because my neighbor paid him to do it; and blamed it on a branch. He could not even cash a check because he gave me the wrong name. If you want to pay $60 dollars to have a five dollar sprinkler that takes 10 minutes to install, then go for it. He also shows up sporadically; not good at communicating.

Fair pricing, very efficient work, done fast and very thorough. Called me within an hour of my posting- very polite and professional. Came same day to offer estimate. Hired him on the spot and he did the work the following day... highly recommend him- I liked him enough to hire him for ongoing maintenance indefinately.
