Lance and crew did a great job on my exterior windows and tracks. The steam cleaning on the tracks removed years of debrey buildup I found at move-in. The windows are all clear and most importantly, wife approved! Call Lance for all your exterior structural cleaning needs!

My windows sweat a lot because of the humidity in Alvin, TX. It's close to the coast, so the humidity causes a cloudy view and some mold as well. Mr Johnson came and cleaned the windows and the mold & walah, they are all very clean and clear. He was on time, very efficient, got the job done and was on his way. He came even though I was not back from out of town and when I arrived home, everything was back in place. I definitely recommend his expertise due to his highly efficient timing and work ethics. Great job done right . They made sure not to dirty our pool. The solvent they used killed mildew and mold on the concrete. Unfortunately it also killed the flowers I had just planted along the edge of the flowerbed . Not complaining because they worked hard and finished a big job in one day . I would use them again .
