Lance Sanchez Painting

Lance and crew painted my three-story deck and did a better job than I could have hoped for. It was a complicated job because of the height and size, but he got it all covered and it looks like new. They fixed boards that were rotting after five years without a fresh coat and got everything just right, including moving a lot of furniture. His communication was great and he inspected and came back and got the last minute touchups done. I would highly recommend.

We just needed one bedroom painted. Lance got back to me right away and had Jaime come out the same day to do paint the room. The quote was very fair, and Jaime did a great job.

Besides delivering a very nice deck finish, Lance excelled in communications all along the way. Very quick to respond to texts, and always kept me in the loop with schedules, etc.

I had my kitchen cabinets painted. Lance was very professional and friendly and guided me through which paint would work best for the job. The work was done on time as promised.
