Jeff gave us up front estimate and completed the new leach field and performed all the work for less then the quoted price. I would tecomend him for any excavation project you need done.

Jeff arrived at the agreed time and the work was done as desired. I would absolutely hire him again.

He sent us to get and pay for permit. All was well until he learned the town gave me a copy and not the original. When he returned to get his equipment and get paperwork, he verbally assaulted me with foul language, f this, f that. Told me that he would condemn the new system until he got original. CONDEMN MY NEW SYSTEM THAT HE PUT IN. He said he refused to go to town, said it was my job, but legal counsel States all permits are the job of the hired contractor. THIS man went from kind to psychotic animal in a nano second. Police were called. Arrived. And he was removed from our property. For a contractor to verbally threaten a 5'3" woman over paperwork he had no right asking me to file, is horrific. After leaving a great review about his actual "work", which has not changed, I would say that his animal behavior trumps his work and buyer beware... steer clear of this man and his company. Far away. It's not every day the sheriff has to remove a contractor.

We had a septic emergency...they were here in a matter of days. Replaced the septic and leech... came early, worked late, super responsive. Highly recommend.

Jeff was great to work with, easy to contact and very responsive. Very knowledgeable and helpful in solving our drainage issues. We would definitely use him again for excavation work.

I hired Jeff to replace my aging septic system. He walked me through all the steps, including finding the engineer for a new plan, setting up the inspections , finding someone to pump out the existing tank and finding an electrical contractor for the pump. (This was all during Covid .) He found ways to save money on the job like using my existing tank. His work met inspection and the new lawn he seeded came in great. Just recently, I had an issue with the exit pipe from my sump. I called Jeff, as the septic plan included moving the exit pipe for the sump pump. He came over promptly and repaired it at no charge to me, even though the breach may have been caused by a tree root. He is prompt, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Jeff and his crew.

The Lamford response to our inquiry was prompt, and project scope review was clear cordial, and detailed. The project (new leach field and transfer pump) progressed very well with the job fully manned throughout the duration. The job site was kept in good order each day.
