They did a great job and I'd use them again

They were prompt and courteous. Small business with just 2 people but they do a great job. They even attempted to get my home insurance policy to cover part of the work. When it was denied, they gave me a discount on the parts provided as a value added service.

I was satisfied

We were told the plaster would last ten years. Going into the second year rebar has come through the plaster rusting the areas around it. When we mentioned to Jack Benson that the rebar was coming through the plaster he said he wasn't responsible and told us to pay if we wanted it fixed. I had another contractor look at it and he said that's what happens when inexperienced plasters do the work. To fix it the pool will need drained and the remaining plaster will be compromised. We are considering legal action.

Did not repair on the day they came out, only looked and then sent and estimate 3 days later. I had expected the repair done the day they came out but I have an old model and they had to order parts and things.
