Isaiah did a great job with the mess I gave him. He fixed my bobble head’s arm. It was not your everyday bobble head. It was large and very unique. Thanks Isaiah.

Initially, Isaiah was responsive and very professional. We hired him to do a minor bathroom update, removing damaged tile and installing a shower insert. The project was supposed to take 2-3 days. Start date was pushed off a couple of times with no real reason given. Once the job started, he ran into some complications that delayed it further. There were frequent rescheduled days due to conflicts, again with no explanation. When the job was finally finished, we paid the invoice. However, we were soon noticed that there was not much hot water coming through the spout. The mix of hot and cold was tepid, very uncomfortable for a shower. We have now waited over two weeks for him to fix this and he will not respond. We spent thousands of dollars on a bathroom remodel and can not even use the tub. It is so disappointing that we will have to hire a plumber to finish the job when he charged us plumbing fees in the invoice.

Amature quality. Needs more practice. Cut corners that ended up costing us a very expensive plumbing job. Did not have enough grout to properly fill between tiles. Said he would come back to grout again and ghosted us. Poor communication.

Lahr Tile is a good company to hire. I had it scheduled for Saturday Feb. 15th but, had vehicle issues totally understand. Came out Sunday Feb. 16th even in bad weather to get my job completed. I helped get the job done a little faster by laying out the LVP rows ahead of him so he could just keep on trucking. He was very professional. Would recommend hiring them again for a flooring project.

Customer Service is the worst! I left several messages and text and no response. We started off great. The work was completed and I had just a few corrections that needed taken care of. Isaiah apologized and would come back to correct the problem. He cancelled saying he needed to complete another job and rescheduled. I never heard from him again. I was very patient but he would not communicate with me and ignored all my messages. I do not recommend his services. Customer service poor. The grout behind the toilet not done and spot near cabinet did not come clean. See pictures. Cindy Txxxxxxx

Isaiah was awesome to work with on this project. It was a whole house luxury vinyl plank flooring install plus a bathroom refresh with new cabinets, lighting, fan & fixtures. Isaiah was prompt, efficient, informative, & pleasant. He returned furniture to its proper place & cleaned up work areas well. Isaiah also returned promptly to fix a few minor details. I am extremely pleased with the final renovation.

Isaiah's work ethic and professionalism were on point, and the end result proves it. Our sunroom floor looks great. We highly recommend this company.

They wasted my time. They told me that they needed to reschedule because of a family emergency. I understood completely then we had to reschedule it for today and they texted me early this morning asking if today was good when I was asleep. Decided to take it among themselves to refund me when I didn?t want a refund I just wanted them to get the job done. They have poor communication and just a waste of time. They say they are a new business willing to help but they did nothing but constantly reschedule. Never would I recommend them

Isaiah was all about getting in and getting the work done. He was conscientious about his work. He recommended that I install a 1/4” subfloor throughout most of the house. Yes, it cost a good amount extra but well worth it. He’s personable and easy to talk to about the project. I’ve already recommended him to other people. I would use him again.
