Early in 2018 I obtained quotes from three house painting companies, based on a detailed statement of work, consisting of pressure washing my house and small barn, and painting all trim and window sashes. Ladd's Painting & Staining was chosen based on responsiveness and on my confidence in the owner, Chris Ladd, who was very knowledgeable. Pressure wash, surface prep, prime, and finish by the two-man crew assigned to my job were done meticulously and conscientiously. Workers were cordial and trustworthy, and Chris Ladd went from job to job to adequately supervise and assist my crew and other crews, as needed. I would have no reservation in using this contractor again.

We were very pleased with the workers and the work. They moved furniture and put it back when they were done. The painters were friendly and concerned about the quality of their work. They completed the job in timely fashion and cleaned everything up. I would rehire.

This company is very prompt, do excellent work. Went out of there way to make me happy. The owner was very nice and kept me updated with everything. They are about a hour or so away and still made it every day without problems. I would recommend them to every one. My cousin is already wanting them to come out.

Very nice team of professionals. They were able to fix some significant plaster cracks and made the walls and ceilings look new. Very nice, polite and focused on the job. When there was a problem with the paneling, the owner came out himself to help fix it. I will definitely hire them again if needed and highly recommend them.

He has painted all kind of things for us, outside and inside! His work is superior and his crew is polite and cleans up after themselves. Chris makes sure to walk around and finally inspect the work done and will change anything that does not meet your expectations! He is a professional businessman
