Kevin did an excellent job of fixing up our side deck and steps! He was thorough and meticulous in doing his carpentry for the deck repairs. Labrador Renovations really hit the mark on our deck and I would think of them first for future similar projects.

I hired Kevin to transform our one season porch into a four season room with an added on outside porch. The work was done professionally and on time with no difficulties along gthe way. Kevin was very easy to work with. He was more than patient and understanding when we needed to postpone the project due to a family emergency. The young men working with him were delightful. All in all, it was a hardworking crew who got the job done despite the heat and working out in the hot sun. I will use Labrador Renovations again should I have another project in the future.

Kevin is very particular about the quality of work he performs. There were a couple of issues that many contractors would overlook or try and cover over but Kevin took the time to correct the imperfection even though the process was time consuming and would not have been evident. In the end, I feel as if I received a higher quality deck than I had expected. I would highly recommend this company.

Labrador Renovations performed quality work at a reasonable price. They installed two stairway railings which perfectly matched the existing porch railing, and increased the curb appeal of my home. The job was scheduled quickly after the estimate. It was started and finished as scheduled, and the post job cleanup left the job site pristine. I highly recommend Labrador Renovations.

Kevin was amazing! He did an entire renovation including siding, installing windows, lighting installation and carpentry. He did everything well, economically and was dependable and communicative over the process of an entire renovation. I would absolutely hire him again and look no further.
