Very professional and hard working. The laminate floors are solid snd aligned perfectly. Shawn and crew were very polite and kept me up to date on all aspects of the flooring. They took extreme care moving furniture. I highly recommend them.

Shawn was very friendly and professional on first meeting. When it came time to get the actual work done he had sub-contracted the work to another flooring company without letting us know after he told us he and his two guys would do the actual work. In other words, he lied to us. Workers showed up we knew nothing about. The work was acceptable. We never heard from Shawn after they were finished to see if we were satisfied with the job.

After meeting with customer several times they decided to go with us . The dates we needed were unavailable for my helpers and myself at the time . It was made clear before the job started I would need to have one of my subs do the job as I could not do it in the time frame the customer needed . When job was completed/in progress customer hired subs to do extra work without speaking to me at all.

I called a few installers who were recommended by my flooring retailer for a small patch job during our kitchen reno. Nobody even bothered to call me back. I went on Home Adviser, found Labig's, and called. Sean immediately picked up and said he would be here the next morning. He came as promised, gave me an estimate, returned the next morning and had the job done in less than two hours! I can't even tell where the work was done it blends so well. I highly recommend Labig's.
