The estimate for their work was based on a three man crew working for four hours. Two men worked for less than three hours without completely cleaning up. We were charged the full amount included in the estimate. We will not use them again.

We had a very large 3 trunk tree that was endangering the house and seemed unhealthy. Wanted it cut but not all the way to the ground.Erics team of workers did a great job,gave us just what we wanted. Its now about 8ft tall enough th hang my bird feeders and plants from. No longer have to worry about damage to the house. Will have this team out again for future work. Everything cleaned up and removed. Very pleased.

Very good. But we discussed future work, I was told they would have an estimate in a few days, I never heard from them. I sent 2 emails...nothing, I have found other companies who want the work. This is info I will pass on about La Mesilla

I managed a roofing and remodeling project for my employer and have so much respect for those working in these physical labor professions. Mr. Valencia and his crew were one of the best! Even my neighbor monitored their awesome work and inquired with Mr. Valencia regarding their services. I will continue to utilize the services of LaMesilla Properties.

We had to reschedule due to weather, however, the new date worked great. I would give them 5 rating.

The tree and rose bush trimming crew was very professional. They did and excellent job on both task. They were delayed in arriving and called to explain why the were running late. They cleaned up the branches and left the yard clean and neat. Frank B., White Rock, NM

When first contractor was a no show, I hired a 2nd for difficult stump removal who did not finish the job. La Mesilla (#3) came out and I was impressed with the initial meet and hired. Once into the job, they ran into a big issue, which they explained and then tackled and stump is gone! They also rebuilt a shed for me - framing and new roof. Based on the experience, I will be hiring for weed eradication come Spring and other projects I have in mind down the road.
