Vlad and his team recently renovated two bathrooms in my home and did an excellent job with both. Each of the spaces had different challenges and Vlad was able to come up with great solutions for all areas resulting in a great finished product. His flexibility, partnership,and professionalism was very much appreciated. I would recommend Vlad to friends and family for future kitchen or bath work.

My problem was that our old refrigerator died and the space for the new refrigerator was only 68.5 inches high. Most of the new refrigerators available are at least 70 inches tall and the ones that are shorter are too narrow. This meant I needed to have the cabinet about the fridge raised a couple of inches. Even though this was a small job, Vlad responded quickly and came up with a great solution (converting the upper cabinet to an open shelf). Vlad was busy with other jobs, he fit the job into his schedule so I wouldn't have to live too long without a refrigerator. New shelf looks great and fits in with the rest of the kitchen. I think it actually looks better than what was there before. The cost was very reasonable. Vlad does great work and is very pleasant to deal with so I wouldn't hesitate to use him on a larger project in the future.

Vlad was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He maintained timely communication, asked me helpful questions to guide my decision, and did an excellent job. He pays attention to every detail, even small details that are behind the cabinet and no one would see. Although he usually does big projects, he did not turn down my project like other contractors because he understood that every customer has their own needs. I appreciate that very much! I would definitely use him again. He is exactly the kind of person we hope to get, no matter how big or small our project or budget! A very respectful and competent professional!

LVS has remodeled a kitchen, bathroom, and a deck .with some groveling for the deck. They did a great job on the bathroom and kitchen. They have done great jobs on friends we recommended for remodels. You will be happy with them too.

We were pleased to find LVS Revival Inc as a local business in New Hope, MN. One thing that made Vlad stand out to us right away was treating us a valued potential customer, evident by his quick response to our initial inquiry on a bathroom remodel project, and upon inspection of the site, got back to us with his estimate in a timely manner. We felt he was fair in his estimate, honest about when he was available to do the project, and knowledgeable in helping us plan this remodel which involved demolition of our existing bathroom, and creating a new tiled shower and floor, as well as wall prep, painting, and installation of the finishing pieces in the bathroom. Vladâ s insight, as well as his competent carpentry skills, and practical suggestions during the project was much appreciated. In addition to the bathroom remodel, we had an existing hall linen closet replaced and pantry style cabinet installed. Vlad helped us choose the cabinetry to fit our space and match the existing woodwork. This cabinet included roll out shelving, giving us more efficient storage and was a great upgrade. The job site was always cleaned at the end of each workday, and Vlad was great to work with from start to finish. We love our new bathroom and are so pleased with the outcome of the work done, and highly recommend Vlad and LVS Revival Inc for remodeling projects.

Vlad and his team did an incredible job on our kitchen remodel in our 1928 Dutch Colonial in South MPLS. He came up with a great design that really opened up the space. Vlad is very meticulous and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend LVS Revival for any remodeling project.

Vlad is the best! He is punctual, honest, kind and cleans up after every time he is here. He works very hard and has wonderful ideas. I love everything I have done to my kitchen and Vlad has been there from the beginning. He does it all. He does high quality work within your budget. This is not the first project we have done with Vlad. And we were very happy with outcome our previous bathroom remodeling. This time project included kitchen and two bathrooms remodeling in our townhouse. Vlad designed, ordered and installed cabinets for kitchen and master bathroom. Kitchen remodeling included recessed light addition, undercabinet lights, plumbing and electrical adjustment to new codes, granite counter and backsplash installation, new appliances hook up and knockdown ceilings. Bathroom project included remodeling of master bathroom and ¾ quarter one. Vlad designed new master bathroom layout, installed large shower and bathtub, new cabinets, wall and floor tiles, new lights to satisfy our requirements. Also, he installed new shower cabin and vanity for smaller bathroom, including light adjustments. Both bathrooms have knockdown ceilings, wall and floor tile. Vlad is the man of multiple trades; he has great hands and he is always looking for the solution to satisfy customer needs. He stands by his work. I witness many cases when other people would give up, he delivers outstanding results. It is very hard to earn somebody’s trust, but he always does it. I consider very important his ability to listen your opinion and do exactly what customer needs.

We hired LVS for our kitchen remodel and were very happy with our experience working with Vlad. He clearly knows his stuff and enjoys what he does. Making the changes to the layout that we were looking for while keeping the same overall footprint was challenging but Vlad put his creativity and vast knowledge to work. He was able to come up with some creative solutions that gave us the layout and functionality that we were hoping for while keeping the budget in check. He was in communication with us the entire time and was very reliable throughout the project. Our kitchen turned out even better than we had anticipated!
