I'm ecstatic with the entire process. The fact that I had three companies contact me within two hours of my message to home advisor, is monumental! I honestly thought it would take weeks to find someone qualified to do the work and then to get them to come over, evaluate the job and get pricing back to me. It was quite the opposite! And I am thrilled. I cannot say enough about John and his company. He went over and above my expectations, and I think that had he known the complexities of the work, he would've quoted me much more than he did, however he honored his quote, stayed in the work, and did not charge me one dime more then quoted. I will use him for everything I do from this point on. I will also recommend him to all that ask me for an A/V guy. I think that your company should go out of your way to push as much work as you can to LVC Systems if you expect to always have set a satisfied customer. Although the other two companies responded efficiently, their quality of service trailed off dramatically from that point. Also be assured that I will contact home advisor every time that I need anything in the future. Thank you Bill Wrigley I appreciate and hope that you won't pass me along and have everybody in Atlanta calling me because I've given you a positive review.

Jan is a great guy, he has very good experience in setting up all the AV equipment.

This was a very small job, just cleaning up some wires behind my entertainment center in the family room and getting the sound to come out of the right speakers. Maybe two hours. But Jan (John) treated me like I was installing a million dollar system. Courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, fair. My highest recommendation.

I hired John to come fix some wiring in my home theatre, he spent some time reviewing the issue, only to decide that no action was needed. He said there was no charge since he was just there for a few minutes. Wow! Highly recommended, and will use again for sure!

John with LVC Systems & Design did an excellent job with all aspects of the project. The most important thing he did was handle the details that saved my personal time. I would recommend him for any audio-visual project for your home or business.

Jan took care of the entire project, cleaned up after himself, and worked on a 2nd & 3rd project within my house quickly. Would definitely recommend hiring LVC to anyone.

Jan came right in and knew what to do. We had some road blocks due to the structure of the house and placement of the tv (over the stair case). However he figured out a solution and gave me quality work in a timely fashion. HIGHYLY RECOMMEND!!!! Thanks Jan!
