I could not recommend Luis and LTIII more!! We could not be happier with the both the quality, timeliness and service we received for our bathroom renovation. We ran into some unforeseen challenges (historic home) and changing schedule (other contractors) and Luis was flexible and accommodating throughout. Agreeable, courteous, friendly, amazing follow-up, reasonable costs and very good work! I can heartily recommend Luis and Luis Jr for your home improvement needs. They painted a bedroom's wall and ceiling for me, painted four doors and their cases and removed/installed track lighting fixtures. They cleaned up after themselves. The communication was at a level rare in the contractor business, both by phone and email. You won't go wrong with LTIII!
