LTD Landscaping, LLC

Unreliable and incompetent. Paid for installation of 6 underground sprinklers. Broke existing drain pipe and promised to pay to fix it but never did. Also did not complete job as promised. Had to purchase additional sprinkler heads and install myself. In over his head.

We had several large pine trees, infested with pine beetles that had died and some had actually snapped in half. I saw many logs stacked up around the Wildewood golf course, so I asked management who they were using to clean up the diseased trees on the golf course. They highly recommended Jason Cowan of LTD Landscaping because he was professional, trustworthy and had a good crew. Well, I called Jason and he showed up on time and made some very helpful suggestions. He sent me an estimate and it was thorough. Now, I know no one enjoys paying to have dead trees removed, but Jason and the crew spent two days removing about 6 dead trees and a. great deal of debris and hauled it away. I was so impressed by their work ethic, that I decided to hire LTC Landscaping to regularly groom my yard. This is a big step for me because I am a Master Gardener and have always taken care of my own yard.

Jason and crew did a great job of explaining the process, figuring costs, and implementing the plan. In addition, the crew answered my questions, gave good advice on caring for the new sod, and generally went beyond tasks that were expected of them. Jason has made follow-up visits, texts, and phone calls to make certain everything was going well, and he even replaced a faulty sprinkler head and set my irrigation system to do the things it needed to do for the new grass. I could not be more pleased with the expertise, professionalism, and friendly way in which the project was accomplished.

I loved working with Jason and his crew! Jason is very professional and provided quick service, giving me a quote one afternoon and removing the tree the very next day. His crew was efficient, hardworking and left the area around the tree as well as leading up to the location of removal clean. I thought his pricing was fair and will use them again in the future should we need his services.

This is a very high quality group of people. They worked diligently and left my place looking like the tree was never there

***UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS POST*** After speaking with Jason (owner) and leaning of the circumstances surrounding the provocation of my previous post. My wife and I decided to give LTD Landscaping a second try. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION WE HAVE MADE. Jason the owner come out to our resident. And he and his crew did a PHENOMENAL JOB at GREAT PRICE. I take back about not recommending to use LTD Landscaping. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED USING HIS SERVICES.

Great job removing two pine trees! Even went the extra step and blew the leaves/pine straw together for me! Very impressed and happy with the customer service!

They did an awesome job . the only way i knew they were here , the tree was gone and my back yard was cleaner than when they started. Awesome job , LTD we get future calls from me for move work.
