DO NOT HIRE! These people told me they knew what they were doing and I paid an extra $450 on top of the already agreed to and signed contract of $4250 because they had to tile the shower floor. Which was already in the signed scope of work. When they were done with the job, the drain pan in the shower was not installed and sealed correctly so it leaked into the downstairs kitchen, damaging the Sheetrock in the ceiling of the kitchen. He refused to accept responsibility for it and tried to blame the plumber, even when proven where the water was pouring out of. The drain hole for the plumbing had been plugged up to test and water was still coming out on all sides of the drain pan, which they installed. After he gave his word about coming back to correct it, he blocked our numbers and refused to text back. His last text to us was that he was lining his guys up and checking their schedules. Then nothing. Now we have to pay another contractor to fix his mistake! I have a full detail of everything done daily, as well as videos and photos of daily progress. I also have video of him yelling at the plumber trying to blame him when he knew it was faulty installation of the drain pan!! If I had read the post from 1/2/24, that he recently removed from here, we would not have hired him!! A costly lesson. If I could give him negative stars, I would!! Weâ ll see how long this one is up!

Hired 11/18/23 to fix two house window tracts. He seemed pleasant and courteous. He disassembled the windows and took pieces to order replacement parts. We paid him $150 deposit. He never returned. We have made multiple text messages and phone calls asking that he please complete the job. Initially, he replied with appointment dates that he never kept. Now, he has stopped responding completely. We were dealing directly with Richard ?Ricky? Smith thru his cell number that he gave us. We are really hoping he would just come complete the job. Can anyone help?
