    Had a channel drain installed across my driveway. The crew did a good job installing the actual channel but located the drains terminal point in the wrong place. I called the office and did get a quick reply. Crew was back out in a week. Moved the drain but still not where it will allow proper drainage. Got in touch will the company again. They aren't going to make this good, it's up to me to jury rig a solution. I hired LRE so I would have a DIY project. If anybody out there has a drainage project done by LRE make them flood it to show you it's a working system before you pay.

    My project was preformed in a excellent way, as was all of the estimate, and work with your office staff. The problem I had was after all the work was complete. Your collection officer, Zuleyma Roman, called me and said that I still owed $268.23 and wanted the money immediately. I informed her that I had already paid the full amount owed, and I asked her if she had deducted the Holiday 5% gift. She said she had and that I owed LRE the $268.23. I didn't have my paperwork with me, but when I got home I found that she had not deducted the 5% and that was the amount of money she was asking for. I contacted the office the next morning and talked to Cassidy Kilday. I asked Cassidy to please set my signed contract, showing that I did not owe any more money. Now I understand a mistake, but you know after having presented my evidence all I received was was a notice of payment in full. No apology no sorry. So the people you sent to do the work were great, most of you office staff was great but after the verbal harassment from your collection staff I will be unable to recommend you organization in the future.

    LRE was great when they installed my drain to keep the garage and sidewalk from flooding⠦ then the rains came and the garage and sidewalk flooded. I called LRE and sent pics. They came back out and replaced the sump pump with a larger one and rerouted some train pipes and added larger drains⠦⠦ then the rains came⠦. The garage flooded but not as bad. The new pump did is job keeping the sidewalk dry. I contacted them again and told them about the garage and I was told they could come out and fix that issue but I would have to pay because it was the 3 time⠦.. what kind of crap is that!!!! I hired them to fix the water build up and to stop the garage from flooding. They gave me a price but wouldn⠠t provide me with the details on how they were going to fix the issue. ⠠red flag⠠there. I proposed a repair that would do the trick to keep the garage from flooding and was told they would get back to me on the cost of my proposal. That⠠s been weeks ⠦. No response. My issue with LER is WHY should I have to pay anything because I contracted them to to do a job and I do t care it they have to come out 100 times. That is on them for not getting it right. I gave 2 stars only because the hired labor worked their tails off, it⠠s management that is the issue. Maybe they should issues sandbags with the job⠦ I sandbag my garage now every time we get a heavy rain. They should come out until it⠠s fixed correctly or give me a partial refund so I can hire a company that WILL do the job correctly.

    Hired LRE to solve a single problem. That problem was not solved, but because a â liftâ was achieved, they claim that their work was successful. Post-project customer service was nonexistent. Stay away.
