Very professional, organized and pleasant employees and company

I can't give these guys enough stars. Everyone was super-professional and helpful, from Sam who first came to the house to assess, to Mike, Lee, Henry, Tony, Cory, and more! The crew was very dedicated, and so patient and polite with my myriads of questions and concerns. They showed up every single day, and stayed the full day, and by the end, the finished product was better than I ever imagined! I would absolutely use this company again. Oh - the drop-down specific project didn't have my job in it - I had crawlspace & settlement repairs done, including replacing the subflooring. Phenomenal!

The original estimate was $5,496.31. Halfway through the job, the design specialist called and said he underestimated the amount of material for the job. Complete the job would require an additional 500 lbs. of material, and he would sell the material to us at $11.00 a lb. This would be $5,500 more than the original estimate. We declined his offer. The job was half completed and the workers left after payment in full. The design specialist did not bring his drill to make a proper estimate and had to borrow my drill. He made an error in his estimate. We signed their contract for a complete job at the original cost of $5,463.31 which they did not honor.

We hope we can turn your not-so-great experience into a good one. 11/17/22 - Mr. Potter, after receiving your review, we have looked into the situation more on your behalf. While the assessment made by both our Design Specialist and Crew Leader were honest ones, we regret that it was determined after you hired LRE that the void under your concrete was substantially larger than originally diagnosed. We want to make this right for you. That said, LRE is prepared to return to your residence to complete the project to your satisfaction. This will be at no charge to you. We are hoping we can turn your less-than-stellar experience into a great one. We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Leveling of the driveway was not even close to what was discussed. They used a concrete grinder to finish the job and even that was done very poorly. Not to mention the fact that grinding was never discussed.

What an absolute pleasure to work with true professionals - everyone from the estimator to the clean-up. So very knowledgeable and readily available to answer any of my concerns. I truly do not think you could hire a better company to safeguard your home. I finally feel secure knowing I had the very best work on my home. Lifted home onto piers, waterproofed, installed French drain with two pop-ups, installed downspouts (one in the back also has pop-up.)
