They sold me on a product that failed and they refuse stand behind their lifetime warranty. I was given two options to repair a sinking garage wall that I had a crack in. I chose one of their recommendations to repair my house (polyurethane injections) and it didn?t work. I alerted them a few months after the initial repair and a year after that and well? They stopped responding to my emails and ignored the matter. They?re not as reputable as they seem to be on google... They never said their repair wasn't a permanent fix and called it a "budget friendly" option after the fact. It was hardly "budget friendly" as it cost thousands of dollars. Why would anyone blow thousands to do a repair that wouldn't be permanent? This was money down the drain and I'll continue to leave bad reviews until they make this right.

Prior to connecting with you, Teddy attempted to reach you twice and left voicemails after we became aware of your situation through the multiple negative reviews that were posted online. During our recent conversation, you advised that you are currently out of the country. Teddy has tentatively scheduled a visit to the property after your return so we can assess the current conditions together and provide clear recommendations. For clarity to anyone reading, LRE Foundation Repair does not ? and has never ? offered a lifetime warranty on PolyLevel® repairs. Warranty coverage, product limitations, and repair expectations are clearly outlined in the written agreement signed prior to installation. You also mentioned sending an email approximately two years ago to a sales representative who is no longer with our company. We were unable to locate any additional attempts to contact our office or team members after that time and prior to the recent online reviews. We always encourage customers to contact our office directly so we can promptly assist and help resolve concerns. LRE Foundation Repair has proudly served Florida homeowners for decades and remains committed to honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and standing behind the services we provide within the terms agreed upon. We are willing to review the project in person and work toward an appropriate resolution following the site visit.

Thomas and Cheyenne did a great job on the repair and tinting. They arrived when they said they would and were very courteous and professional. All aspects of the job were explained clearly. Definitely would recommend LRE be considered for concrete repairs.

No pressure salesman walked us through a detailed plan with different options to suit our needs. They did all the preliminary work such as permitting before arriving to complete the job, they were communicative and punctual. The crew was great, completing the work earlier than scheduled and providing informative details along the way keeping us comfortable with the process. They were cautious with the delicate work of leveling to ensure no damage to the tile or drywall and left no “construction mess” behind. Very happy with this company overall.

Work done was to lift parts of sunken driveway and seal cracks, as well as well as stain and seal surface. Crew were very polite, diligent and efficient, despite a minor setback with an awkwardly placed irrigation pipe which they rectified promptly at no expense to me. Would certainly recommend them for this sort of work. Would certainly recommend them
