Prompt and efficient... Only was here 15 mins. Was something minor but still had to pay the full $70, kind of a waste of money

The team did an amazing job! I was pleasantly surprised by the service and loved everythingâ from the call with the manager (I believe his name was Kabi) to the technicianâ s visit. I usually avoid such services because they often try to upsell or add extra fees, but here everything was completely transparent, with no hidden charges or unexpected costs. Iâ m very satisfied!

I reached out with a problem, and the technicians quickly identified that the compressor needed to be replaced. I especially appreciated that they offered several replacement options, explaining the pros and cons of each in detail, including price and quality. In the end, we chose the most suitable option, and the work was completed within the agreed time frame. The refrigerator is now working like new! It’s great that the specialists were attentive, polite, and always available. I definitely recommend this company for appliance repair.

I've had 2 separate issues with my dishwasher and washing machine both times I called Loyal and they sent their technician Joshua to take a look. Both times he was great, on time, professional and courteous! He fixed my washer in no time and came back to fix my dishwasher with no issues! Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again!
