Luis was so easy to work with. We had some delays due to weather and he kept in daily communication with us. He showed up and did the work fast and efficiently. The day we met him for a free estimate, he helped us catch our escaped dog. So professional and kind. I would recommend him to anyone!! We will keep in mind for any future projects.

Professional AND personable. Prompt and responsive. Ceaned up as doing the multiple projects I had. In addition to what I asked, Luis noticed a couple minor additional things he took care of quickly. He also followed up with me throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend and will use in the future.

The thing I very much appreciated about Luis was his communication. He stated a time he would be here and honored that. He did not pressure me but gave me the information I needed to make a decision on what I wanted. He did a wonderful job on all we discussed and got my approval along the way. He came and did excellent work repairing raccoon damage to soffits and vent on side of house. He made a vent plus install fence wire so raccoons wont enter the vent again. Im sure he would also do deck repair.

He took my 500.00 screen door and removed it to replace the front entrance door that I bought which cost 300.00. I informed him how I wanted it installed, raised up to avoid the bottom of the door dragging against the carpet. He raised it an inch and a quarter. I wanted three eights. He did not use the level. He put the inside trim on the door and broke it and had to buy new trim. He did not insulate the outside of the door. He told me he would get the trim and insolation just right and he did not. He had to cut the brick mold down and he nailed it back on which split the brick mold. I would not recommend him for anything. .

Quick turn around time. Estimate before starting job was accurate with no increases for minor adjustments that had to be made.

Louis was professional, courteous, kind, knowledgable, and informative. I would hire him again, and again, rinse and repeat. It did seem a little pricey, but I don't know what his actual accrued costs were to complete the task.

LNE Property Preservation delivered timely, high quality work at a affordable price. The owner Luis and his assistant were courteous, professional, and very easy to work with. They arrived on time and were careful to work safely. They also thoroughly cleaned up their work area, which I appreciated. From his first call to me, Luis listened to my needs to be sure he would provide the service I wanted. The initial project was to remove a pergola from our large deck. In talking through my future plans for the deck, Luis offered his ideas as well, and so I added solar lights to the deck bench and overhead solar lights with motion sensor. Luis and his assistant also found a way to use the beams from the pergola to replace the damaged lattice skirt on our deck, This allowed us to recycle the good beams and save money, both important to me. He also power washed the house, which was long overdue. In the course of the work, I’d asked Luis if he had time to also replace a couple of damaged deck boards. It was fortunate he could, for we found a colony of carpenter ants under these boards damaging the wood. After I had the ants treated, Luis returned and replaced a dozen boards. LNE delivered excellent professional work and customer service, and I would indeed call on them again. In fact, I’ve already made a list of several other projects for them!

Listened carefully to what I needed then showed me the perfect solution. I agreed with the repair and the work was done. Prompt service and cleaned up work area completely.
