Company charged $450 for two days work ($900 total for 2 men each time) weed removal, bush trimming, planting new bushes, and repairing a sprinkler system. When Carmine arrived the second day, he told me he had forgotten the tubing and sprinkler heads, so I went with him to hardware store and had to pay another $32.00--making it $932.00. While they did a good job removing weeds and trimming, they did not properly connect the sprinkler system and the yard was flooded the next day. They responded promptly to my flood complaint and told me it was not their fault but mine because I had a faulty timer that needed to be replaced. Why did they not discover that the timer was not working properly when they originally set it? They said that they would come back to install new timer. It's been almost two weeks since I purchased the new timer and called them for installation--leaving messages. I reached Luis and told him when I first got the new timer and he said he would see when he would have other work in my area. When I called again a week later, Luis said that he was driving and would check the schedule and call me back that evening. That was almost a week ago and he never called. The problem is that MLRC Property Maintenance is located in Flagstaff about 1.5 hours away from my Cornville residence in Verde Valley. I did understand that I might have to wait a week or so, but not being called back is inexcusable. Plus, they have no business advertising that they service all of Verde Valley is they will only come to repair a problem if they have other work in the neighborhood. I have a new landscaper coming tomorrow, one highly recommended by a friend. I would not recommend you count on follow-up service from MLRC Property Maintenance unless you live near them in Flagstaff and don't mind when you are told you will be called back and never get that call. These are the reasons for my POOR rating.

Luis & his team were awesome! Fair pricing & great customer service. I have a very large yard, that hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and these guys made it look absolutely fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone, and plan to hire them again in the future!

They were so kind to come out on such short notice. they came prepared, didn't waste time, and did an absolutely beautiful job. We will be calling on them again in the future!
