Ben did a great job for us. We didn't have a very big job for him, but he dove right in and took his time. Drywall repair is an art and his repairs blended right in perfectly. He also did a couple of other small jobs I'm sure he normally doesn't do. He's a really nice guy and does great work. We would definitely recommend him and hire him again.

I called looking for someone after my first recommendation from a friend did not return my calls. It was in my rental condo and I needed someone to put in tile on a back splash within 10 days. Since I wasn't there to check out the work he sent me pictures of the finished project. They fit me in on short notice and took my small job to help me out. I already had the glass subway tile so I just needed someone to install. Job minimum is $300 and that's all they charged me. No add on's or unexpected charges after the job was done. First rate customer service and very happy with the job they did. Trustworthy, polite and showed up when they said they would. Very grateful for Home Advisor and Southern Flooring and Trim for the help I was looking for.

Ben and Cort were great to work with. Very nice guys. They did a terrific job replacing the carpet in my beach condo with porcelain tile. I highly recommend them!

Benjamin did multiple jobs on this project . He is honest,and does great work. I checked his references and they were impecable. I now can be a reference. He stayed in contact with me and did more than I requested.Great contractor that I will hire again. If you are out of state like me and need integrity and dependability call him.

We had a tile shower put in close to Christmas. Benjamin worked around our renters schedule and met all of our needs. They tiled the niche where the shampoo goes to match the floor, which I did not want, but was not conveyed to the installer. When I got a picture of the finished product and saw the niche, I called Benjamin. He had that retiled to how I wanted it, and told me if when I see it in person and there is anything overlooked, to just call him and he'll make it right. There is nothing better than getting a company that knows what they are doing, for a decent price, and goes over and above to make sure you are getting what you want. Great Job!

I had engineered wood flooring installed from Benjamin's company in October 2014. We paid $7600 which included the wood flooring and the installation. We are pleased with the wood that we selected but have been very dissatisfied with the installation of the wood. The problems that we've experienced included the floors making a "popping" noise when you walk on them, the floors raising up off the subfloor. It appears that Benjamin did not consider the subfloor being uneven and addressing that issue before the wood was installed. These issues occurred only a few days after the wood was installed. I called Benjamin and explained the problem. He agreed to come out to inspect the issues. He relayed that he would possibly use the Dri Tec system to make the repairs. I told him that I had read that this system is sometimes used to make repairs. I further told him that he would probably need to bring more than one bottle to repair the floors since there were so many areas that needed repairing (we had hard wood flooring installed in 5 living areas of our home and ALL areas had these issues to some degree) After several days, Benjamin came to our home and brought the repair system. He repaired the areas that I marked. Those seemed to respond to this repairing system. However, we continued to have the same problems in other areas soon after. Although Benjamin is rather easy to reach, our experience with him is that it takes him a while to address our concerns with the wood flooring. Therefore, we bought the Dri Tech system ourselves and made the repairs. To date, we have bought 4 Dri Tech systems and will probably have to purchase one more to complete the repairs. I phoned Benjamin on November 24 and informed him that we were dissatisfied with the installation of our flooring. I further relayed to him all of the repairs we've made. He told me that he would come back out AFTER the Thanksgiving holiday to show me that his work had been done according to guidelines and I assume to address any issues. As of today (December 7, 2014) I have not heard from Benjamin. No contact whatsoever!! I would NOT use Benjamin's company again nor would I recommend him to anyone. I read several reviews prior to selecting Benjamin's company and all the reviews were good. I don't normally write reviews for either good or bad service, but I felt I needed to write one for this service. We spent a lot of our hard earned money for these flooring for health reasons. In addition, we've spent excess money on making repairs that we should not have to make. I do not wish anyone to have to go through a similar experience. I suggest that you keep looking when considering hiring him for your wood flooring installation.

It doesn't get any better than this! Did a PERFECT job in a timely manner. Was very honest and helpful. I highly recommend Southern Floor Covering & Trim!!! I have told others about them, and I will be calling on them again soon myself, for another project! THE BEST!!!
