LEN Home Services and its owner Mark Debartolo really was a pleasure to work with. They seemed to be the only contractor who really listened to our concerns and went out of their way to deal with the issue. If they couldn't for some reason, an explanation was given and, if possible, an alternative was offfered. They used the same materials (or better) and did the same project (and more) than our highest bidder. They did the job quickly, in a highly professional manner. Before coming to us for the final installment on payment, Mark made sure that any questions or problems we still had were dealt with.

Wonderful job. Not only did they do everything that they promised, they wrapped the house in dropcloths to protect the windows and grounds, and cleaned up thoroughally after they were finised

the roof looks and works great, and gutters are good. only 1 problem. contractor over booked, and after roof replaced, had to wait @ 1 week for gutters to be put on home. roof had seam opening during that time, and got pest in my attic which i am currently trying to get rid of. Contractor has been empathetic, and is working with me on problem. Would recommend that if used, then make sure that if gutters are part of the project, you get them there the next day, or wait until the crew can be scheduled following day.

They worked very fast and did a great job. The followup from Mark was great. He let me know what was happening every step of the way. He also answered any questions I had.

Mari at L.E.N. is very professional. He explained the roof repair job, told me how to better care for my roof and gutters and sent the team over to fix it.

Excellent, very professional, very good value on the roofing. He was lower in his bid. I was very satisfied, no leaks in the roof.
